There is going to be a significant increase in container truck activity this year at our facility as BC Ferries has limited our trucks to a single container per trip. This means there will be trucks actively changing out containers during operating hours every day of the week.

Pedestrians are required to maintain a MINIMUM 3 METERS distance from these trucks at all times.
We are seeing people trying to walk around these trucks while they are in the process of exchanging containers, please be patient and give them them MORE THAN the required space. These trucks are very large with limited visibility and it is essential the public respect the minimum 3 meter distance requirement. This also applies to vehicles trying drive around these trucks during container exchanges, AGAIN PLEASE BE PATIENT! and give these trucks plenty of room to do their job.

The staff and management would greatly appreciate you cooperation in this matter to help keep everyone safe.

Thank You
