The Cortes Community Wolf Project (CCWP) extends this invitation to all Cortesians, to join our upcoming Wildlife Coexistence Gathering, April 5,6,7 at the Linnaea Education Centre!
We will be taking a wildlife coexistence lens to the landscape of Cortes Island; listening & dialoguing with experts in their field.
We are delighted to announce that Sam Rose Phillips, will be joining from the West Coast; conservation storyteller, photographer, filmmaker and poet, Sam will be sharing the stories of her community’s experience with and commitments to, wildlife coexistence. Be prepared to be inspired in our own wildlife coexistence work here on Cortes Island!
As we mentioned in an earlier post, Todd Windle, Pacific Rim National Park’s Reserve’s Wild About Wolves Project Coordinator, will also be joining to speak about this exciting five year research project. Todd’s mantra... coexistence IS possible!
Stay tuned to Tideline for scheduling as it all falls into place.
Here’s to... Learning to Live Together with our WILDlife!
