An information packed full intro to sourdough bread baking basics – the folk science, the tried and true methods and we will get our hands in the dough! We will go over the basics from starter to baking so you can enjoy fresh baked sourdough at home . We will also go over sourdough crackers and uses of excess starter, and care and feeding of your own starter.
