Margaret Verschuur
Let’s get together on Tuesday, March 19th, starting at 1:00 pm. We’d like to remove the thistles and broom, pick rocks, work toward completing the fence, and tidy things up. Please bring your work gloves, shovels, pruners, pick axes, post hole augers, digging bar, garden tools, and enthusiasm. Cookies are good, too.

At a later date we’d like help to create pathways, a utility shed, and memorialization structure. With the cemetery now available for both conventional and natural burial, our goal is to integrate these in an attractive way, as well create a structure to commemorate those buried in the natural graves, as they will not have individual tombstones.

If you have ideas, energy, or enthusiasm in designing or working on these projects that would be welcome; we appreciate community collaboration. Chat with Noah and/or Margaret at the workbee, or send us an email.

Hope to see you in the sunshine on Tuesday afternoon.
