For anyone interested in learning more about collaborative ownership of real estate, I am sharing a link to a free zoom meeting that will be held tomorrow evening. It is put on by COHO BC, which is an organization dedicated to helping facilitate co-ownership. This event will explore what it might look like to sell a portion of your property and should be very informative.
In our current real estate climate it seems more important than ever to look at alternative ways of owning land, whether it be with a friend or family member, joining a housing co-op, co-purchasing an acreage with like-minded folks, or selling off a portion of your property to someone younger who can help around the land.
