MARCH 6: SRD CORTES ZONING BYLAW REVIEW COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS
Thank you to all Cortes community members who attended the Zoning Bylaw Open House held at Mansons Hall on December 11th, 2023! It was great to see such a high level of interest and participation.
We heard a lot of great questions, including:
How do “tiny houses” fit in?
How is the environment protected if we allow more density?
What other types of housing models could be implemented?
What happens next? Join us …
We have created a fulsome evaluation of the comments and feedback collected from the Open House and what we heard has provided a foundation for continued more in-depth conversations with the Cortes community at our next Public Meeting: Wednesday March 6th, 2024, beginning at 1 pm (Manson’s Hall)
