Mansons Hall and the SCCA are looking for a Summer Café team! ☕️🍪🍔🍕🥣🥪 🥗👩🍳👨🍳
We are keen to find a chef and/or kitchen team to come and rent our commercial kitchen for their own business, in a similar way that Julie’s Café does the rest of the year.
We offer very affordable rental rates and support with advertising.
The schedule and menu is up to you! For instance, the Summer Café may wish to offer special weekend dinners, sunday brunch, weekday afternoon snacks, and certainly be open during the busy Friday Market when the crowds of hungry summer visitors are out and about, stomachs rumbling!
The Café Kitchen now has a new commercial espresso machine! The potential to create delicious coffee drinks is endless: Americanos, Cappuccinos, Mochas, Café Lattes, Macchiatos, the sky’s the limit!
In the busy summer season, the new covered deck will be a primo location, overlooking downtown Mansons Landing. Lazy afternoons on the deck are sure to be a hit!
