The Southern Cortes Community Association needs its members to attend the Special General Meeting to approve our budget to the SRD.
Come in and warm up, even if hydro goes out, we'll have power, heat, running water, and coffee and tea.

JAN 14 & 18: Yoga with Kelly
Kelly Benson is offering three yoga classes once again at Mansons Hall!
Vinyasa Flow Sundays 11:00 am and Thursdays 5:30 pm, and Seniors Yoga Thursdays at 11:00 am. All classes are in the Om Studio. For more info email kbrock55yahoo.ca
JAN 16: Poetry & Song Share
Come join us for the first Poetry and Song Share monthly event! From 7 - 8:30pm on the third Tuesday of every month. Hosted by Louis Belcourt.
A monthly gathering to share writing + listen to other islanders’creative pieces. You are welcome to invite feedback - or not - whatever feels best. Everybody is welcome, whether you are sharing or not.
JAN 16: Parents & Tots
All caregivers and little ones (ages 0 to 4+) are invited to drop in for playtime and community connection.
Every Tuesday from 10:30 to 12:30 at Manson’s Hall, Main Hall.

JAN 16: Baby Time!
All caregivers and babies (ages 0- 1+) are welcome to drop in for community connection and in a bright, warm space. This weekly offering will hold a supportive space for babies between 12:30 and 2:00 on Tuesdays.
Free, by donation. Location: Mansons Hall, Main Hall.
Baby Time! will follow the Parents and Tots program, and you are welcome to come for that as well.
JAN 16: Sew Much More
On Tuesdays from 2-5pm in the Om Studio, Marnie Andrews and Cora Moret run a practical sewing clinic, wherein participants will learn basic repair skills and sewing techniques! Youth welcome, and children under 10 with an adult.
JAN 18: Free Community Lunch
Come warm up with some social time and a free community meal.

Free for the whole community - everyone welcome - All ages.
Funded through the Better At Home Food Security initiative in Partnership with the Southern Cortes Community Association.
JAN 19: Friday Market re-opens
After a small winter break for vendors and market goers, we are back in action!
Come join us in the main hall from 12-3pm this Friday for all your Cortes favourites.
