Conscious Dance
Widely recognized as a form of mindfulness practice has so many health benefits:
- as healthy exercise to keep us moving
- as emotional processing and release
- as cultivating presence in trauma recovery
- as self expression and authenticity building
- as community building without need to talk
- as spiritual connection
- as good ol' fun!

Accessible to all bodies, no experience needed at all. Dance in a chair, roll on the mats or shake it up on the dance floor! All ages, all genders. For everyone who loves to move.

$15-$25 at the door
$10 for those who need support
kids free (when accompanied by an adult)
Volunteer spaces available and welcome (set up, door, tear down) for those who wish to dance for no charge and have fun behind the scenes.
