On November 3rd my nephew Colby McCoy had a life altering accident. He lost his right index finger and severely damaged the one next to it while working with a table saw.

Colby has always been a hard worker! He was very excited to be building himself a small cabin to live in here on Cortes, where he’s been his whole life.
His recovery will be long and difficult. During this time, he will have no income, he’s self-employed in construction and unable to work.

Colby is also a musician and has always enjoyed playing the piano and guitar with and for family and friends.
