FAREWELL TO SARAH!

We bid adieu to Sarah Salgado, one of our Friday Market's most beloved vendors. Her winning smile and delicious fresh organic veggies have been a hit at our market for many seasons. This will be Sarah's final Friday Market, as she and her husband Steve and daughters Fina and Vica prepare to depart for Europe.

Come out to this week's Friday Market 12-3 at Mansons Hall to bid Sarah and family a bon voyage! We will miss them!

Yoga with Kelly

Kelly Benson is offering three yoga classes at Mansons Hall:

Vinyasa Flow Sundays 11:00 am and Thursdays 6:00 and Seniors Yoga Thursdays at 11:30am. All classes are in the Om Studio. For more info email kbrock55yahoo.ca

This all-levels drum class features African rhythms and techniques taught by Pawl Hugo Khan Skyrider, in the Om Studio Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:45

Sew Much More

On Tuesdays from 2-5 weekly in the Pioneer Room, Marnie Andrews and Cora Moret run a practical sewing clinic, wherein participants will learn basic repair skills and sewing techniques! By donation to the CISS.
