Our apologies for the late notice, but on the advice of BC Ferries corporate security personnel, community relations is moving its upcoming Ferry Advisory Committee meeting to a virtual platform (see details below) and postponing its community drop-in session due to aggressive comments made, and behaviours exhibited, at some recent public events. These instances have raised security concerns for our team and contravene BC Ferries’ zero tolerance policy for abusive behaviour. The safety of our staff is always the top priority.

We anticipate being back in-person as soon as possible with fulsome safety and security plans, consistent with those provided to terminal and vessel staff who interact with the public, to support our team at these events.
