Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are preformed seated or with the aid of the chair. Class will focus on breathe and body awareness.
This class is organized for seniors but open to everyone that would benefit from chair yoga classes.
Yoga has been very much apart of Kelly's life for over 12 years, she has been teaching for 7 years. She is a strong believer in a mindfulness practice and the importance of the breathe inside us. She is known to add some humour and laughter to class while creating a comfortable environment for all to stay present.
Free classes, registration required as space is limited.
