The CCHA started 30 years ago with the mandate of "To offer medical health and related support services to the general public."
Over those 30 years not only has the CCHA managed to keep the Clinic open despite changing service models and changing faces, they have five seperate, free after school youth programs for all kids aged 5 to 18 and a huge list of confidential family support and community support programs.
The CCHA exists to support and serve this wonderful community: How are we doing? What are we doing well? How can we approve? What more can we do and in a perfect world what health services would you like to see added to the clinic?
We want to hear from you!!!
The CCHA is currently engaging in Community Review. There is an Anonymous Survey available at the Whaletown Post Office, Manson's Post Office, Squirrel Cove Post Office, and Klahoose First Nations Administrative Building, the Clinic Waiting Room, and here! (PDF or Online link
