Have you heard about the MicroGrants for Neighbours, social profit community grants (such as the Recovery Fund and Gender Equity), or the community process to support Grants in Aid? The Cortes Island Community Foundation works with and supports volunteers from the community to help review grant requests and recommend funding. These volunteer community juries are an essential part of the foundation’s strategy to keep our granting process relevant, transparent, and diverse.
