Dear beautiful Cortes dancer,

This is an invitation to our 2023 3rd "CI" Dance Lab on Cortes Island. Get ready to dress warmly and comfortably as we'll be rolling on the ground during the event. We'll be flowing with the sound, accompanied by our talented local musicians. If you have a favorite instrument or any sound toy, feel free to bring it along to add to the jam and the vibrant atmosphere.

Before we kick off the dance session, we'll gather in a little intro circle to ensure everyone's safety and well-being. We'll then gently guide you through a warm-up, allowing everybody to ease into the dance. So, let's make an effort to arrive on time and start the journey together :)
