Join Kim for her special tattoo & body art show in the Cortes Museum Heritage Garden! Thursday, August 10, 5 p.m.
Tattooing is a vital art form of the body that combines art, design, cultural and personal narratives. Kim is a premier tattoo artist on Cortes Island and has worked with numerous islanders to realize their visions and stories. Her drawing skill and tattoo mastery has uplifted the lives of her clients giving each one an art treasure for life. This is a rare opportunity to meet Kim's portfolio of clients in person, hear about their experiences, and to see her artwork.
Kim will have art and crafts for sale at this event. Sun Rob will perform music, and there will be food and refreshments by donation. You are invited to come, relax, and enjoy this special summer evening event!
This event is free, with donations gratefully accepted to support ongoing Museum programs and community education.
