Come Celebrate opening night of Vijen Vijendren's retrospective exhibition at The Old SchoolHouse Art Gallery in Whaletown. Born in Malaysia, Vijen began his study of art and philosophy in Ontario 45 years ago. His abstract style is influenced by the Mexican muralist movement, and a latin flavour permeates his work. This is his 10th exhibition; others include the Brunei National Art Gallery and Wilfred Laurier University.
