We are back to the original time for T'ai Chi Ch'an:
Tuesdays, 9 a.m., Om Studio in Manson's Hall.
The new time, 8 a.m., did not bring new participants. So we are back to the original time, 9 a.m.
The classes are offered by Judyth Waver by donation to CISS
This short form of T’ai Chi Ch’uan is a low-impact exercise ideal for seniors. The slow, gentle movements can improve balance, strength, flexibility and range of motion, as well as decrease effects of common degenerative diseases and pains.
It is a standing/moving exercise that can be done anywhere, anytime, and doesn’t need special clothing or shoes. Location: Mansons Hall, OM Studio
