Rami Rathkop, co-founder of the Harrop Procter Community Forest and Harrop Procter Forest Products, will summarize the outcomes of the Value Added Roadmap commissioned by the CCFC. (There will be a complete review of the Value Added Roadmap, followed by discussion, on May 15, details to follow).
Mark Lombard, Manager of Operations of the Cortes Forestry General Partnership, will report on the CFGP’s activities. (The CCFC board elects three representatives to the CFGP board who, in partnership with three Klahoose First Nation representatives, make the operational decisions for the CFGP’s community forest tenure. Mark your calendar for a meeting on May 11 at 6:30 pm for community discussion and review of the CFGP’s Five Year Plan.)
The usual AGM business will include election of three directors and the outgoing President’s report.
