The Cortes Community Health Association will be holding their AGM in person at the Manson's Hall on Sunday, May 7th, at 2pm.

Stay tuned for supporting documents including financial statements, agenda, and last years minutes which will soon be posted here for review. They will also be available in person at the meeting.
