Thanks to the amazing generosity of many kind donors on the island, the Cortes Island Food Bank was able to support many more food-insecure folks during this Holiday Season. Thank you!

However, Spring is a time is when donations to the Food Bank drop off significantly - while the number of clients we serve climbs. We are now serving more clients than ever before.

This is typically one of the toughest times of the year for many folks. Many face a lean time until summer employment opportunities become available - and this year there may be fewer jobs. Food costs continue to soar. Housing costs rise. Heating bills are due, and energy costs are rising.

If you are able to make a donation at this time, it will be a significant help our work. We appreciate that it is a difficult time for everyone, but if you have the ability to help, please do.

You can make a donation directly via e-transfer to: cortesfoodbankproton.me

Warm Regards from everyone at your local Food Bank.
