What is T’ai Chi Ch’uan

This short form of T’ai Chi Ch’uan is a low-impact exercise that is ideal for seniors. The slow, gentle movements can improve balance, strength, flexibility and range of motion, as well as decrease effects of common degenerative diseases and pains. It is a standing/moving exercise that can be done anywhere, anytime, and doesn’t need special clothing or shoes.

Judyth Weaver received permission to teach TCC from the school of Grand Master Cheng Man-Ch’ing in 1974, and she has been teaching it regularly around the world since then.

The classes, after winter break, will resume on March 21, 2023.

The classes are by donation to CISS.

Judyth lives on Cortes as much as she can.

If you have any specific questions before class, feel free to contact Judyth at 250-935-8500.

The class will be offered on Tuesdays in Manson's Hall, the Om Studio, at 9 am, and will continue until further notice.
