Hello Cortes Gardeners!

Our first Guest Garden Teacher of 2023 is the Amazing Arzeena Hamir, Agrologist & Organic Market Gardener & Garden Teacher from Amara Farms in the Comox Valley.

Arzeena will present an entertaining, informative and comprehensive slide show on the topic:
"Jump-start Your Spring Garden: Starting Your Own Starts!"

She will focus on:
* Seed selection
* Soil prep
* Planting timing
* Steps to successful indoor starts
* Outdoor direct sowing tips

There will be lots of time for questions and discussion.

We will also set up an informal SEED SWAP & PLANT SHARING TABLE so bring whatever seeds and plants you have to swap and share. Bring garden-related books that you want to donate to our Garden Books Lending Library.
