Looking forward to sharing with you this fun practice before I head off to deepen my practice with the founders of Música do Círculo in Brazil.
Please come play some musical games with me at Linnaea - Saturday 1pm! We’ll meet in the Tiber Bay room for about 90 mins of singing and sounding with our bodies. Suggested donation $5-$10.
I’ll be in Brazil most of January for a community retreat and then an immersion facilitation training … I’ve completed 3 modules and this is the 4th and final one to complete this training.
