Weather Advisory

Event Type: Snow Event
A weather event is anticipated to impact the Northern-Vancouver Island Service over the next 24-72 hours. Fluctuating temperatures, above and below zero degrees Celsius, are expected to create snow accumulations of up to 15cm. Snow accumulations will vary based on elevation wet icy conditions may occur in lower terrain.
In anticipation Mainroad crews will be patrolling on all service area highways until the event passes, roadways are clear and back to normal. Be prepared for rapidly changing road conditions.
