The Cortes Island Museum would like to thank Suzu Matsuda and Michael Speier, mother and son team, for all their hard work and expertise they graciously shared with the enthusiastic folks who joined them for a very special afternoon celebrating Japanese Heritage Cooking.
The event started with a tour of The Suitcase Project installation at the Museum and continued with a delightful cultural experience of Japanese cooking with demo, hands-on participation, and a delicious tasting in the Manson's Hall kitchen.
