Dear Cortes friends!

For the past year and a half I've been a far-flung Cortesian living in Berlin, Germany. With a group of Berlin friends, facilitators, artists, and activists I've been experimenting with ways to re-inhabit our capacity to reconnect to ourselves, each other, and the living world through regular community rituals, outside the domain of any existing religious tradition.

Different each time, these co-created "services" happen each Sunday in a beautiful church in Berlin, under the title of "a church of interbeing".

Bringing the experiment back to its roots, this Sunday with island collaborators we will co-host a local version of this format at the Hollyhock Sanctuary.

Weaving threads from the Work That Reconnects, the Plum Village tradition, the Art of Hosting and other dialogue practices, and simple ritual elements common to many traditions, we aim to open a sacred space of inquiry, reverence, and playfulness, in meditation, movement, dialogue, and song.

We'll start at 12:00 on Sunday, June 5th, and finish around 1:30 pm.
