Delicate yellow wood violets, bold skunk cabbage, spring buds unfurling. Celebrate May Day in the Children’s Forest with a spring scavenger hunt. Like our previous forest search, this is aimed at family participation and designed for all ages. Bring another family to be on your team.
We meet at 10:00 am at the Children’s Forest trailhead on Carrington Bay Road.
Bring snacks & lunch. The recent spring rains will have filled the puddles so wear your rubber boots. Please leave dogs behind out of respect for wild creatures and wild places. And please observe covid protocols and stay home if anyone is not well.
