Learn how to carve a face into wood with local instructor, Volker Steigemann, over 3 Saturdays in October. Volker has many years of experience teaching at Hollyhock and at schools on Cortes. Participants will also learn how to safely hold and use their own simple whittling knife they purchase at the beginning of the workshop ($20).

Time: 10:30 to 12:30
Dates: Saturdays, October 9, 16, 23
Cost: $20 for whittling knife
