CCFC 2021 AGM

The CCFC Board of Directors invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday September 20, 2021, at 7 p.m. using the ZOOM online meeting platform. Please attend and support our organization.

 ZOOM is easy to use. Anyone who needs an orientation in preparation for the meeting may call me: Mark Braaten - daytimes (250 203-7268) evening (250 935-6308)

Please note: To attend and be eligible to vote at the AGM you must be a CCFC member. A lifetime Membership costs $25. If you would like to become a member please email: directorscortescommunityforestcoop.org and we will send you an application form.

All Members can receive email updates via our mailing list. An invitation link for the ZOOM AGM will be emailed to everyone on the mailing list and posted here on the Cortes Tideline the week before the event. Just click on the invitation link at 7pm Monday September 20 to join the meeting. The ZOOM App will automatically download when you click the link if you are not already subscribed.

There will be 2 or 3 board positions to be elected or reelected during this meeting. Carrie Saxifrage and Mark Braaten have both completed their 3 year term. If you are interested in standing for election please contact me by replying to this email or calling me at numbers above.

The AGM agenda will be posted the week before the meeting.
