Gravelling Various Roads in Whaletown. Drivers can expect delays and slow-moving equipment on Carrington Bay Road, Jocelyn Road, and Manzanita Road. A water truck will be loading at Gunflint Lake and drivers should expect delays on Seaford Road near Gunflint Lake as well.
