Pharmacy Update:

We deliver to Cortes island on Wednesday and Fridays (weather permitting), excluding holidays. A few reminders in regards to prescriptions.

If you have a doctor send a prescription to us to deliver, please contact the pharmacy at 250-285-2275 or 1 (866) 313-2275 to confirm that we received it, and let us know if there are any special instructions (ie is it required now, to be put on your file for future use, or if you have coverage or want a smaller amount).

It can be challenging to track down everyone, and often there are questions with prescriptions. This will help prevent the delay in receiving your prescriptions.

Due to time restraints, the Pharmacist Assistant is unable to call everyone to let them know their prescription is available on Cortes. If you wish to check on your order prior to coming by, please call the Cortes delivery 250-935-0222 (Wednesday and Friday) between 1:00-4:00, located at the Cortes Health Centre on Beasely Rd.

The delivery service to Cortes is a courtesy service for our customers to allow easier access to their medications, so if you order medication please pick them up in a timely fashion. We have limited room and bylaws require any prescription not picked up within 4 weeks to be returned and cancelled.

Our staff work hard to provide an efficient and courteous service for everyone. VERBAL HARASSEMENT or ABUSIVE LANGUAGE is not tolerated and will result in the suspension of delivery services in such case.
