The Cortes Community Health Association (CCHA) invites you to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, November 1st, at 2:00 pm, using ZOOM.

To be eligible to attend the ZOOM AGM you must be a current Cortes Community Health Association member.
Please renew your membership or become a member prior to the meeting.
Memberships can be requested by emailing your Name, Address and Phone number to cchatwincomm.ca - please use Membership in the subject line.
OR by mailing a membership to the CCHA, Box 59, Manson’s Landing, V0P1K0
Membership cost is $5 per person.
Please include a payment by cheque or cash and mail to Box 59, Manson’s Landing, BC or send an etransfer to cchatwincomm.ca
