Learn the steps to process 3 different kimchis:
*baecha kimchi ,(napa)
*baek/mu(naked water kimchi),
*oi/cucumber
Learn how to:
*select, prepare & process the vegan products using mainly vegetables and some pre-bought items.
Finally, Su will share the critical steps for making successful kimchi: dry salt leaching and salt brime method.
Sample kimchi pancakes & kimchi jigae (stew) during our lunch break.
