The Cortes Community Health Association is looking for enthusiastic people who enjoy working with children and youth.

The CCHA Youth Programs operate afterschool, during the school year (September to June). After a break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are re-starting the Youth Programs, following guidance from WorkSafe BC and public health ordinances in order to keep our staff and our participants as healthy and safe as possible.

We have several positions open:

Lead Coordinator – Kids in Action (7-9yrs old) outdoor program

Lead Coordinator – Adventures in Leadership (10 – 12yrs old) outdoor program

Lead Coordinators – Teen Szene (13 – 17yrs old) outdoor/indoor program

Sports Coordinators – outdoor sports program (ages 7 – 15yrs)

Youth Program Assistants

All positions are part time, and require 1 afternoon per week of committed facilitation time as well as some additional hours of preparation time.

Compensation for Lead Coordinators is $20/hr

Compensation for Youth Program Assistants is $17.50/hr
