NEW in June: CISS Picnics! – The picnic behind the Gorge Hall on Wednesday, May 27, was a success!
It felt good to be out again amongst other people in a safe setting. Everyone present voted to keep on having picnics.
The picnics will be weather dependent. Sometimes it might be a last-minute call, but since we all are bringing our own food, we can be flexible.
People who were missing the carpet bowling came up with the creative idea of playing bocce ball and croquet afterwards. So, whoever wants can stay and play! The locations are tentative and may change depending on the sun and wind (droplets may fly far). We will keep you posted by email. Everyone is welcome. You can come unannounced, but Carina will make coffee and tea for you if you let her know in advance that you are coming and what you are drinking.
In summary: bring your own lunch, bring your cup, something to sit on, hand sanitizer, sunhat, sunglasses,...------------------
