On Tuesday, April 21st, the Cortes Community Economic Development Association (CCEDA) is hosting the first of a series of calls to help local businesses, organizations, and self-employed people access government financial relief programs. These calls will provide a chance to ask questions and get advice from an off-island expert, as well as an opportunity for Cortes people to share information and help each other access resources.
The first call will happen Tuesday, April 21 at 12:00. Our guest is Calum Matthews from Tourism Vancouver Island. Calum is particularly prepared to answer questions from tourism-related businesses (but since much of the Cortes economy is connected to tourism directly or indirectly, this event is relevant for other folks as well).
If you have applied for support for your business or organization, please come to share information with others!
