Pain is a Pain with Jenn Wilson
Jenn Wilson will lead an informative session covering the most recent developments in research and methods around managing chronic pain. Drawing from her extensive experience as a Somatic Bodyworker and Chronic Pain / Mental Health Advocate, she will introduce some helpful advice for navigating the Medical System, as well as some exercises and meditations that can help improve the your quality of life.

March 20: DIY Probiotics 2 with Norm Gibbons. Learn the principles of probiotic drinks and how to make beet kvass, vinegars, and kombucha.
