This weeks selection, the last in the "Small Town Life" Nov. series is the Italian charmer, "Cinema Paradiso". This sentimental, beautiful film centres around the theatre in the heart of a small Italian town and the endearing friendship that strikes up between the projectionist and a young boy. The film's that pass through the town ripple out into the lives of the locals and impact our hero's coming of age. Romantic, and life affirming, this is one for the ages! Rated R for some sexuality.
Doors 6:15, light dinner concession available, movie starts at 7 pm. Suggested donation at the door of $5. Friday , Nov 22., Linnaea Education Centre.
Come out and have a good time!
