Stasia Wells
September 19, 1945 – October 7, 2019

Brad born in Drumheller, Alberta, graduated in Salmon Arm, BC. Brad passed away peacefully in Abbotsford after 7 years of long hard struggle with Brain cancer.

Brad met the love of his wife, Stasia, they were married on September 24, 1966 in Salmon Arm BC. Brad was“ Head X-ray Technician,” position at Vernon Jubilee Hospital, patients and staff loved working with Brad, staff and patients were sad to see Brad move to Tappen BC. Brad and Stasia became proud parents in 1976, of daughter “Michelle”. Brad loved his family, introducing his family to his love of fishing, camping, and ocean fun, his hobbies were woodworking, restoring furniture. Brad mostly loved vacations with his family.

Brad became a licensed Realtor with Shuswap Realty 1987. Excelling in Real Estate business ,Top Realtor in the Shuswap for years. Brad and his partner became Owner/Broker and Co-founder of Remax Shuswap. Brad was presented with numerous prestigious awards throughout his over 30 years in real estate business, helping over 1500 happy families find their homes. Re/max of Western Canada presented Brad with a gold lapel pin for Brad’s 20 years of loyalty, dedication and commitment to the Re/Max organization. Brad was involved supporting Children’s Miracle Network, Yana, BCSPCA, Chamber of Commerce and Courtenay Rotary Club.

Brad was hardworking, known for his resilience and tenacious, kindness and generosity. He enjoyed making people happy finding them their “dream home.” Brad found many great and lasting friendships in the real estate business.

Brad and Stasia were drawn to Comox BC, in 2010 to be closer to their family. In 2013, they sold their home in Comox and moved to their “dream home” on Cortes Island.

We are happy Brad is not suffering anymore. Brad is survived by his loving wife Stasia Wells of 53 years residing in Cortes Island, his daughter Michelle, son-in-law Bob and three wonderful grandchildren Megan, Connor and Quinn, residing Courtenay, BC.
