This is a year long course, offered 1 Friday per month, to teach you how to respond to emergencies and help save lives!. It's appropriate for ages 12 to 112 (although mature children and youthful older adults are all welcome). This course will cover:
Choking; circulation emergencies; CPR and artificial resuscitation; breathing emergencies; wound carel head neck and spinal injuries; bone and joint injuries; drowning and poisonings; and other emergency situations.
This series is led by Community Paramedic Kim Robertson, EHS:EX, in partnership with the CCHA Teen Szene and Linnaea's Folk University.
Free for all teens and Folk U 2019 - 2020 class-pass holders
First session was October 18th 3:30 - 5:30pm at Linnaea Education Centre
