Thank you to blues musicians Michael Keith & Maggie Armitage for the fabulous night of music in the Museum's Heritage Garden on Sunday, September 1.
It was the perfect, bittersweet way to close out our Art in the Garden summer series.
Thanks to all our artists and to the community for supporting this program.
Our Art in the Garden series artists this summer were Maureen Bader (Perceptual Moment), Amor Fati Ensemble (Moving Stories), Loretta Tennant (Fibre Fest), Meinsje Vlaming (Puppet Sculpting), Meghan Hildebrand (Watercours), Micheal Keith and Maggie Armitage (Blues in the Garden). Thank you, all!
During the evening, we've drawn the winner for Canada Botanica quilt donated to our Museum by Diane Elliott. Thank you, Diane. And the winner is Debbi Brainerd. Congratulations!
Don't miss the start of our fall series, kicking off with an afternoon of reading about "Home," hosted in the Museum by our neighbours, the Rainbow Ridge Housing Committee, Sunday, September 22 at 2 p.m. Refreshments and reflections will be provided!
