Cortes Island Garden Club meeting is Tuesday, April 9 at Manson's Hall at 7 pm.
We will have a relaxed, informal group discussion on a variety of gardening topics including:
*APRIL GARDENING TIPS & TASKS: What to plant now & how to plant it; dividing perennials; attracting pollinators
*HOW TO MAKE YOUR BEST COMPOST!
*START TO PLAN YOUR WINTER GARDEN NOW: Plant it in July
*GARDENING BOOKS: Bring a favourite book to show or simply tell us about the gardening book you are reading now
Please bring any extra seeds you have to swap & share with each other. And if you have any perennials that you are dividing, please pot some up to swap. If you are thinning your raspberries and strawberries, bring your thinnings to trade or share. Perhaps you have too many seedling starts to use? Bring them too.
We'll have a pot of fresh herb tea brewing.
See you there! Happy Gardening from Lu, Judy, Madhurima & Alanah
