In a crazy twist of timings... all of our key speakers for the April scheduled wildlife conference have had to cancel; called unexpectedly out of town, out of province and out of country!
We have therefore rescheduled to the Spring of 2020.
The Cortes Community Wolf Project is an ongoing project, so please continue to report routine wolf sightings to the FOCI office at -0087 and report wolf sightings of concern to the COS at 1 877 952 RAPP (7277).
Please note that our 5 point primer: Learning to Live with Wolves on Cortes Island, is posted throughout the community and available for printing/ reference as an attachment below.
As a community, we ARE learning to live with wolves by consistently observing these guidelines.
Kudos to all for your efforts here!
