In this morning's online edition of the CR Mirror was a story about how Cortes must expect further delays regarding the referendum. It states that Area D Director Brenda Leigh says that "she has heard concerns from Cortes residents via Email". Not we but she, as if only she saw them.
It would have been only proper to address correspondence to the regional board as a whole where it would have been entered into the record, seen by everyone, not to an individual board member. If these emails affected her decisions, don't we deserve to know what was said in them?
