Tuesday September 25 at 3-4:30 The newly minted Cortes Senior’s Health Action Committee is a group of islanders and local health professionals with a vision that Cortes residents be able to live in a safe and healthy way, as long as they choose as they age, with community integration and have supportive death options when the time comes.
We invite you to come to the Strathcona Community Health Network public meeting on Tuesday September 25 at 3-4:30 in the Pioneer Room, Manson’s Hall to hear what that group is doing to foster healthy communities, and to let us know what staying health and aging in place means to you. What supports do you need to remain here as you age ? What prevents you from remaining healthy?
If you can't come to the meeting but want to talk about these questions or get more info, please email me.
