Friends of Cortes Island invites you to join naturalist George Sirk on a morning nature walk on the School-to-Sea trail.

Identify birds and explore natural history all the way to Mansons Lagoon.

George Sirk has a refreshing perspective and his enthusiasm and passion for the wonders of nature are contagious. Gorge is an avider bird and has been a lifelong naturalist guide. He has a wealth of knowledge about Cortes’s natural history, and has a range of interests from paleoanthropology and astronomy to marine biology and geology.

George also presents his ‘nature boy’ programme – a naturalist’s perspective on global issues - on CKTZ, Thursdays 2-3.30pm.

Cost: $10 Kids under 12 FREE

All proceeds go to FOCI.
