And the gift of my life here has been the truly incomparable feeling of the nourishment we get from seasonal vegetables and fruits, harvested in their prime and prepared with love.
Most of my adult life has been spent in the growth, cultivation of these amazing food plants and the replenishing of the soil that provides the elemental source of all our nourishment.
After spending the last year studying Holistic Nutrition, which details the scientific understanding of the physiological effects food have on our bodies, minds and general wellness, I bring you this three-day workshop here at Linnaea Farm.

Multiple teachers will guide us through the simplest steps to optimizing the nutrients of the food we eat, as well the most practical approaches to incorporating these steps into our daily lives. We will also introduce you to the fundamental principles of basic herbology to allow for a deeper connection to the healing strength of plants. Participants will come away with a full recipe book, instruction and course content handouts as well as selection of the delicacies and remedies we create together.
