Another Lego Club
Comment by Serene on 1st February 2018
A Cortes based Lego Club has been in the works for the past year and we finally managed to get it started. It's an after-school time program for school age kids. We would be happy to have more kids join us! 935-8555

It could happen

The aforementioned Masterbuilders are discussing the possibility. Of course, the whole point of going somewhere else to do Lego is that you get to use Lego you don't have at home, so hopefully there will be a number of builders contributing.
Bad Planning?
Comment by Ester on 18th January 2018
Sorry, this seems like bad planning to me. Can they not have the Lego Club on Quadra on Friday? Or have it on Monday on Cortes so we have a day to get it to them? Don't we want to encourage children to be in school and join after school clubs? There must be a better way to coordinate this. Or get the Cortes Library their own Lego.
Thank you for the Comment

Hi Nikie,
Unfortunately the Lego has to return to the Quadra Island Library for Lego Club the following day. If anyone on the island would like to donate Lego to the Cortes Library it would allow us to offer the program later and with greater frequency.

Well, that's too bad

Have to assume that since this happens during school hours this Lego Club is not intended for aspiring Master Builders older than 5.
